CHART SUTTON PARISH COUNCIL

Full Council meetings are held monthly on the second Monday of the month (no meetings in February and August), starting at 7.45pm (or 7.30pm if there is no planning meeting beforehand). Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

Meeting dates for 2026 are 26th January, 13th April, 11th  May, 8th June, 13th July, 14th September, 12th October, 9th November and 14th December.

Parish Council meetings are held in Chart Sutton village hall.

Planning meetings are held on a regular basis, usually on the same date as full Council meetings or as and when planning applications are received from Maidstone Borough Council.  Planning meetings are advertised in advance on the website and noticeboards and are open to the public and press.
