KCC Urgent Road Closure - Plough Wents Road, Chart Sutton - 6th October 2025 (Maidstone)

It will be necessary to close Plough Wents Road, Chart Sutton from 6th October 2025 for up to 4 days.

The road will be closed from the junction with Norton Road to New house farm.

The alternative route is via B2163 Plough Wents Road, A274 Sutton Road, A229 Loose Road, A229 Linton Road, B2163 Heath Road, B2163 Plough Wents Road and vice versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 hrs and 17:00 hrs each day.

This is to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
