Ferns Group - Temporary Road Closure - B2163 Lower Street, Leeds - 27th July - 2nd August

Due to works planned to be undertaken by Ferns Group, it will be necessary to close part of B2163 Lower Street, Leeds, from 27th July 2026 with estimated completion by 2nd August 2026.

B2163 Lower Street, Leeds, will be closed in the vicinity of Abbey Farm House. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic is via B2163 Lower Street, B2163 Penfold Hill, A20 Ashford Road, Willington Street, A274 Sutton Road, A274 Maidstone Road, B2163 Leeds Road, B2163 Upper Street, B2163 Lower Street and vice versa.

Pedestrian access will be maintained during the works.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow drainage gully installation and resurfacing works to be carried out, works are undertaken by Ferns Group.
